How much is laundry? The laundry rooms are located on the second floor of each building and it costs 0.75 cents to wash and 0.50 cents to dry.

Do we have a choice of cable companies? Yes. You may choose from either Time Warner Cable or World Cable. World Cable is on the property and is less expensive.

If we bring ceiling fans and blinds will Silver Oaks install them? Yes.

Do you supply curtains or shades? No, but we do supply curtain rods.
